Pan Roasted Citrus Chicken with Herbs |

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp palm olein
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 piece skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Prepare maridane. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken and mix well. |

Mix chicken with marinade, cover and refrigerate for 3 hours. |

Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade for basting. Heat palm olein in frying pan over medium heat. Cook chicken uncovered for 4-5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Baste occasionally with reserved marinade while cooking. |
